Millions of Tires Made Each Year with Imported Equipment
Our facilities cover an area of 1 million square meters for an annual capacity of 3 million full-steel heavy-duty radial tires, 6 million semi-steel passenger car radial tires and 2 million wheels. State-of-the-art technology from Europe along with other imported production equipment makes our tires ready for the world.
We also source:
Thirty-six QC technicians, including five engineers, work in our testing labs. They use Mooney viscometers from the US, fatigue testers from Japan, universal material testers from Germany and tensile testers from Taiwan. We source top-grade quality equipment, as certified by the US DOT, ECE, Inmetro and SONCAP, in order to ensure our finished products are of equal caliber. In addition, our products bear S-mark stamp and are compliant with the REACH Directive too.
